KC Kronbach is currently the managing principal at Bridge Hollow Investments. He specializes in private equity real estate and alternative investments. He provides investors with unique co-investment opportunities, allowing them to have greater control over investments. This transparency ensures the alignment of interests.

Before founding Bridge Hollow Investments, KC Kronbach co-founded Moxiebridge. At Moxiebridge, KC Kronbach collaborates with an experienced team of professionals to acquire industrial properties in ideal markets and reposition them. He has completed over $400 million worth of acquisitions with the firm.

In 2021, he joined Red Summit Partners Dallas, Texas as Managing Principal. Combining entrepreneurial strategies with institution-level oversight, he leads his team in acquiring, financing, renovating, and managing multifamily assets.

Earlier in his career, KC Kronbach co-founded Knightvest, an industry-leading multi-family real estate investment and management company. He co-founded the company in 2007 and, by 2018, had acquired 30,000 units across metros in the Southwest, becoming one of the largest apartment owners in the region. He has a BA in business from Baylor University and an MS in leadership and ethics from St. Edwards University. He is a board member of 4Africa and holds a position on the Knightvest Advisory Board.
